Refund Policy

At Bhaktivedanta Gurukulam, we deeply appreciate your donations and support. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for donations and Sudarshan Seva membership payments.

1. One-Time Donations

• Non-Refundable: All one-time donations made through our website or app are non-refundable.
• Once a donation is successfully processed via Razorpay, it cannot be canceled or refunded, except in cases of technical errors or duplicate payments.
• If a technical error occurs, please contact us immediately with your transaction ID to request assistance.

2. Recurring Donations / Sudarshan Seva Membership

• Membership payments (₹100/month) are recurring through Razorpay.
• You can cancel your recurring payment at any time through our website or by contacting us.
• Refunds are not provided for payments already processed. Cancellation will prevent future monthly deductions.

3. Refund Process

All refunds (in exceptional cases like duplicate transactions or technical errors) will be processed via the original payment method used.

4. Third-Party Payment Processor

All donations and payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We are dependent on Razorpay’s processing system for payment reversals and refunds. Please refer to Razorpay’s Refund Policy for further details.
